There are total 3 changes in the original mail received before, but in the second mail there are just 2 changes.

The lounge one has been removed. Don't know what they are upto.

I have Marquee + Rupay

1st mail might be for Marquee
2nd one for Rupay as afaik Rupay card doesn't offer any Lounge benefits. So they've not mentioned lounge details in second one.

Just a wild guess.
