Can I delete account while I'm at the airport? Like if it works with account well and good if not then delete account then and there itself?

BTW no one used PP app before with Yes CC 🤔 or is this some new bug/technical glitch?

Yes can delete. Although I deleted it 1-2 days before going to airport.

I recently applied for this card and when check in their application status site its showing approved but not received the card yet, now they are offering 1 year of et prime membership and 40000 reward points. Anybody has any idea when will we get et prime membership voucher?

It was charged last month and this month i got 40000 reward points, but not received the et prime membership yet.

I need some help. I'm trying to get this card as the BMS offers will work out for me, esp with the renewal fee being just 5k + GST. I had reached out to yestouchcc mail ID. They have consented to the upgrade also

However, after that it's just been one long saga of automated emails and zero follow ups. I have emailed all 4 escalation levels but to no avail. This has been going on for 3 months now. All docs have been shared twice so far. The customer care helpline is of no help

What do I do next?

Which card you hold currently? Best option is to close the current card and apply it. Upgrade is very very difficult and time consuming.

I hold other cards but for BMS, I used to use the Axis Magnus. Closed that earlier this year and was looking for a replacement

Now they have spend criteria for domestic lounge access. ( 1 lakh in previous quarter ) Which is absurd.

Hopefully it's not for international, as it's mentioned only for domestic lounge access.

Plus point redemption limited to 70%

I ain't using this card except the lounge access. If it's on international then I'm doomed I took this card for sole purpose for an upcoming intl trip for my parents.🥲.
