Flight Booking Comparison Example:

HYD to MAA on 31/01/2024 for one adult:

1) RewardZ = 3,477 - Refundable
2) Amazon = 3,386 - No cancellation
3) MMT = 3,686. - No cancellation

So, it’s kind of comparable with about 5% variation.

I was thinking of closing my Yes First Business card, waiting for 3 to 4 months and then applying for Marquee .
So I could redeem 60000 points for 15000 Swiggy.

I would not use the points for flights because anyway I get 24% return on booking flights using Magnus Burgundy on Traveledge.

but limit of 50% points is a big put off.
Can we do daily redemptions of 50% points?

Day 1
28000/60000 points for 7 vouchers of 1000 swiggy

Day 2
16000/32000 points for 4 vouchers of 1000 swiggy

Day 3
8000/16000 points for 2 vouchers of 1000 swiggy

Day 4
4000/8000 points for 1 voucher of 1000 swiggy

Then I will be stuck with the last 4000 points, because I don't think there is any voucher for 2000 points (50% of 4000).
So I will have to redeem the balance 4000 points for 600 statement credit @15p

you can do in single day, provided those vouchers available. no redemption fee. but yes, 50% is bad and limitation.

//note: this is my experience with 100% rewards for same or different vouchers purchased on same day. so, if any changes along with this 50% they made now, then we need to get confirmed because they changed the UI, not sure any backend functionality.

Confirming, Got my 60K rewards after the Joining fee payment(2nd statement) and reward points on the exact 3rd statement 🤑, as @SSV said earlier.




Will redeem for .25(Swiggy or Zomato) as I see few limitations were introduced is what I saw from the last few threads.

I redeemed another 20k points just now, I do not see any 50% limit issue on Marquee and Swiggy voucher atleast.

Excellent ! It looks like Yes bank is reading this thread-- they have removed the 50% limit and Swiggy is undoubtedly the best redemption option for Marquee !

Yes you can pay using RP , but rate is @.15..

If you are using Marquee points, then buy swiggy cash vouchers.
if you are using yes reserve points then use them for flights

Please do not, it's a waste of your points.
You will get 67% more value on flight tickets, Zomato and swiggy cash vouchers.

67% is huge and on techno Fino there are people who are happy to get even 2% return on their credit cards spends

its 3 years validity, you don't have to be hurry to redeem everything.

to pay credit card bill or using for twid related options only upto 20% amount eligible for redemption and each point value 0.15p.

explore all the possible options in yes rewardz website and see which one suits you best, note: its again 3 years validity for these reward points, use when only needed and best possible rate.

If you really can't find a way to use these points, then you should not be using Yes bank cards at all; because there are cards with higher rewards with and without subscription fees.
