Whenever a Particular App did not work, switch the App.
My txn Failed on BHIM but at same QR Paytm worked.
Mostly failures Happend on Tata Neu.
BOB Snapdeal worked Flawlessly on BHIM where HDFC Neu Failed

Same experience on apps but in reverse. Scanned with Paytm but it didn't even show me my Rupay CC but then I promptly tried BHIM and the transaction go through. Though for Phonepe merchant QR, none of Paytm, BHIM, Gpay works for me. Have to test Phonepe.
For Phonepe Merchant QR, Mostly Bank Account is directly linked and an Intemeidary Business Account is not Involved.
When Phonepe Merchant is new and starts Onboarding, Phonepe Merchant App just link you Account with QR, and and Agent Who is On-boarding the Merchant Handovers the Merchant a QR code which is directly linked with Merchant Bank Account.
Whenever we pay to that QR code, Our Payment directly hit the Merchant Bank Account.
Soon after Phonepe Grabbed the Market, Phonepe enabled Daily Settlement Option, the Merchant who enabled it , you can pay to him via Rupay CC.
Mostly Merchants did not change the old Settings in their App.
Whenever you encouter such Merchant ask them to enable Daily Settlement Option.

Actually linking with saving account is not an issue, the qr code should be murchant qr thats it. Even I have linked my Bharatpe murchant qr code to my saving account and Paytm murchant qr code, and i can easily do trnsfr from my rupay cc to my linked account..... Therefore only qr code matters not the linked account. But vice versa may not be true, mean if the qr code blongs to current account, then it might accept rupay cc txn probably.....
You need to wait atleast 2 years, Credit UPI is currently on beta testing.
Yes, BHIM ka Merchant UPI QR bhi hote hai. I dnt know usme abhi Credit UPI accept hai ya nahi.

Unable to Pay PhonePe QR via IDFC Rupay cards. All other cards are working properly.
We are aware that most of the small merchants have disabled UPI payments via Rupay CC on their merchant QR, even for small value transactions below ₹2000.
