Axis has started sending sms confirmation for the due credit of Edge Reward Points & Edge Miles.

As per them, due to technical glitch, the credit of the reward points has been paused, and the due points will be credited by 15th of August.

Axis has a 24 hour TAT for addressing SRs. So this is their routine way of achieving that!

It is your problem if you expect any resolution out of them.

Many have got accelerated rewards but most have not got regular points..

Yes, the just received AEP showing in burgundy transfer slider . But the old edge rewards which were in the normal edge rewards (5:2) bucket remained there.
