It's just a mod apk ... modified app by third part.
It's not premium one, just to avoid ads, might nowadays special premium features might available.
When I last checked still Google ads are running in non root danced apk.
You can try and tell if it's working or not, I'm lazy to uninstall and install 😅
Use Revanced Youtube version 19.09.37. After installing it will redirect you to download Gmscore. Install it and login again with your youtube account.
Use subspace app and join youtube premium group. You can get premium for around 50rs.
