Zingoy KYC - Is it safe?

I was trying to purchase 30-40k fk vouchers for a personal purchase i want to make during upcoming sales...however when I am trying to buy from zingoy they are asking me to do a video kyc...

I am not sure for the purpose of this kyc but what can be done fk stops the voucher from being delivered (on hold) and other platforms like gyftr have laughable limits for fk vouchers..

TLDR: Is it safe to do an aadhar based KYC with zingoy?

thanks it is not giving an option to buy via credit card only upi

surprisingly fk is asking qr but amazon is allowing cards

dont know what's the problem with everything nowadays....its saying 'order amount limit exceeded' while trying to buy even a 10k voucher
