1% Cashback returns on HDFC Platinum Debit Card

I think you might have a got an email from HDFC. In the email, the scheduled date will be mentioned and the actual payment happens the very next day early in the morning.
Email I got only mentions Due date as 2nd May, same as the SMS. Maybe they will send another email/SMS when actual payment date (4 days before due date) is close

For me, no limit rules applied. Bill was 44K+ for Indusind and paid thru smart pay smoothly without any limit/restriction.

Enabled smart pay as per this thread, received RP for ICICI (platinum & amazon pay) and Indusind CC. Received RP on very next day (business working day). If there's bank holiday or sunday, RP takes 1 or 2 days. As soon the bill generates, smart pay picks the bill and sends us text msg/email.

My account is Preferred and platinum DC is old. Whosoever have registered smart pay, they might be eligible for extra cashback (Rs 150 max per month) + vouchers per added billers. As per their T&C Smartpay should not be thru account; it should be either thru DC or CC. You can use the smart pay for cc, electricity, broadband, gas bill etc. Cashback and voucher might be provided after end of this april month and within 90 days. Other t&c usual one.

It is always good to add other utility bills so that you might be eligible for vouchers for higher values. Max bills a user can add is 10, either thru CC or DC. I noticed every month HDFC use to advertise such and this month only I see CC/DC smart pay. (earlier it was available only thru savings account for utility bills smart pay)

Bear in mind, this smartpay is not reliable. So, we need to be mindful of that and monitor our bills manually.
 
Has anyone's OneCard bill got paid via SmartPay ?

(My other bank cc's are getting paid, only this one is not getting fetched, despite I've registered this cc for SmartPay)

The last time I added one card cc for SmartPay, it did not fetch in 10 days, so I removed it.

I did not wait to check whether it fetches or not in the next billing cycle.

Have you waited two billing cycles? If yes, then there must be some issues.

1 cycle passed. Let's see in 2nd one it gets fetched or not.
Else will remove it.

My sbi had failed last month, one of my friend’s sbi failed few days back.
Can anybody please confirm if sbi still works?
 
this service is a bit unreliable.. alert rehna padta hai,.. ek toh last day tak leejate hai payment ko..kisi din miss hua toh cibil hit karvayege yeh free mein
 
My scheduled bill of SBI Cashback card of more than 51k failed. This was the first time it got added and amount fetches however on the day of payment, the payment failed. This seems to be unreliable.
 
Today I got a call from HDFC transaction monitoring team as mentioned in this thread, confirming that it was me indeed who set up autopay for so many credit cards. Grilled me like a job interview but they were satisfied. I hope the autopay happens
So you got the job after grilling interview?

I mean 1% meagre salary upto 750 ke liye itna saha aapne. Dhaniya dhanya hai aap logi ki generation. 🤣
