Wrong information. Delete it. Probably you are unaware about RSDC benifits of Credit cards. Don't mislead people with ur unverified assumptions.

Are you sure about wellness benefits of this card.
I don't think this pnb credit card offers quarterly wellness benefits. Those benefits are only available in pnb dc. CC is annually
