NOTE:-Keep all documents ready Pan colour image, and rest other in Pdf, before starting the procedure.Try to complete the whole procedure including documents upload and Vkyc in one session itself.

UPDATE 2- Those who are waiting for their physical card delivery, kindly note, if its more than 7 working days after approval message the kindly be in touch with local Dtdc courier office or Speed post office to know where about of your card and also write a mail to pnb card to know despatch details of card.

UPDTAE 3:- If you have not received any message of despatch of your card then another way to check in Pnb genie app.Open app and then select track my option and enter required details to know your despatch details with tracking id..

UPDATE 4:-The day you got the approval message from PNB ,Just download the PNB Genie App and with your Mobile number and DOB and then couple of OTP submissions and you will be able to access to complete digital card under E-Card section of app.Generate PIN for card on app itself.Note down the details and link your card at BHIM or Patym and enjoy seamlessly UPI payments through your PNB credit card even before delivery of your physical card.(Caution-Don't enable/activate Tap and pay and international transactions before delivery of your physical card).🙂🙂

6L itr required for this?
Application will be reviewed by branch at any stage?
Any physical verification?
Pnb also has thing like serviceable pincodes?

Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else.

I applied for a Rupay select credit card with PNB in early August. VKYC was completed the next day and I received as SMS stating VKYC has been completed, and that I should download the PNB Genie app to track the status. However, the app never worked - so I couldn’t track the status at all.

Tried following up via multiple emails over several weeks. Got zero clarity. Eventually after escalating the matter, I was told by HO (after 2+ weeks) that my application was "VKYC Rejected", without any reason. When I kept pushing for an explanation, they finally said there was a "father’s name mismatch" - which wasn’t true. Once again, I submitted Aadhaar copy, and pointed out that my fathers name matched in the application form.

So even after clearly pointing out the correct details, PNB just kept repeating the same rejection line and gave no resolution. No one took ownership, no one helped.

After 40+ days of back-and-forth, I finally gave up and filed a complaint with the RBI ombudsman today.

I don't understand why we even need this thread. There should be only one very good thread about this card which is

@Rkr can we have this thread be deleted? I see it provide no useful information but gives opportunity to other members to ask this card related questions here which could have been done in it's own useful thread.

I had deleted this thread earlier and admin had already removed the wrong comparison excel table from this thread.
But OP got it reinstated. Still people say that it looks misleading because of the title I guess.
We can do few things here to fix it:
1. Change the title and make it something like: "PNB Select Rupay card - benefits discussion" -- @shantanusearch1 Please see if you can do this.
2. Merge this thread with existing thread

Title is not misleading , its the minimum transaction / costing per quarter for someone holding this card , its really a unique one and i see the least available AMC waiver condition in the industry

Yes Title is misleading.
@TechnoFino if you have no interest in deleting this thread or merge with already existing thread then change the title to something else.

There is no information about value determined for this card in this thread.
