PNB CC VKYC issue

I applied for pnb select cc on 15th sep.
Application was successful and provisional limit was issued to me.
But after that nightmare starts.
Not able to complete VKYC since then.
Everytime I check to complete vkyc, it says something happened, please check again later.

This pnb customer support clueless, asking only to wait.
Escalated the matter to pno and other higher authority but till now no concrete reply from their side.

What should I do now???

Here are some pro tips :-

1.Apply online or via Referal links available on different platforms..
2.Always go for Aadhar mentioned address as permanent and current address. your office address will be as where you are working.
3.Always try to apply in early morning time(For e.g between 0800 to 1000 hrs) so that VKYC could be done on same day.

Try to visit nearest branch and check with them if your application can be further processed by them.

Yeah same..before that thinking to drag into ombudsman or CPGRAM.
Will they listen to it.?
