HSBC Live+ Cashback Card 10%, 1.5%, 0% Offer Fullfilment Sheet - MCC

Inspired by SBI Cashback Card Sheet and Swiggy HDFC MCC Code website, I went ahead and started a HSBC Live+ Cashback Card sheet.

By default, most Swiggy 5% and SBI 5% cashback merchants in grocery would qualify for HSBC Live+, however I would only request you to add those which you have actually transacted for.

One USP of this is to also see which Grocery and Dining merchants (offline) use correct MCCs to credit 10% Cashback.

Yes they will also mail you regarding that

The email clearly says that we can pay the remaining amount deducting the cashback. But when I check with customer care they say that we need to pay the full amount.

I have also confirmed with chat support, they acknowledged that I have fully paid my bill where I had paid just the outstanding amount mentioned in the mail

Does the statement show how much cashback was given for each transaction and when it gets credited after the statement is generated?

No way to check transaction wise cashback
Cashback gets credited after 3 days of statement generation

I visited the shop and checked they have 3-4 POS machines like Paytm, icici and more. I did a transaction on Paytm POS this time and it fetched 10% CB.

One was reported as 'Vishal Megamart' and the other as 'Airplaza Retail'. Any idea if both are accounted for the 10% CB? Have anyone used this card in Vishal megamart before?

you can ask hsbc support for mcc code and cb %age in chat thru app.

everything depends on MCC. if they use groceries MCC you get 10% cb. you can use chat option to get the MCC for all your transactions. they typically inform MCC within hours of the transaction
