not sure completely.. once we get silver tier it will be in wyndham.. i dont think MC concierge will have any role after that..

Steps to claim :

1. Register on travel.mastercard.com
2. Make a phone call to Toll free: 0008 004 407 027 (put 3 zeroes as it is international toll free) and ask them for Marriott Silver Elite Upgrade Offer.
3. Fill the upgrade form and receive the upgrade within 3 days.

Tried with Federal celesta, Swiggy hdfc, Sapphiro Mastercard. Didnt work with anything.

This Marriott upgrade isnt offered for just any mastercard world variant. Its very selective i believe as I myself hold 2 cards with MC world and 1 MC platinum. Didnt work with any as that Marriott offer isnt even listed on mastercard website after I log in and check with all 3 cards.

Yes jio doesn't work. I tried from VI. Btw it's not required to call from registered number...
