I am a wealth management customer and I have a home loan with ICICI worth 50L so I talked to my rm to upgrade my account to wealth select.After that i called customer care and they upgraded my debit card

That's good. I have found in most cases it depends on how helpful your RM is. I am blessed with the most useless RM ☺️

i didnt do through rm. she made me go through paper work and approvals a lot. i randomly called wealth management customer care and they told me they will upgrade it.

i had been calling since a long time and they gave me the same answer that it is for gpc clients. one day after i upgraded my account from wealth management to wealth select through my rm i called customer care andthey upgraded it
