Hi @Wealth is my birth right! ,@LJGIBBS For me seems is issue with HDFC only.. My reward points are getting Lappsed or Adjusted 🙁 i feel it's due to my card upgrade and both the old and new card are active :'(

Calculate how much you have earned, for some transactions neucoins are not shown along the transaction but they are calculated in total neucoins earned for the month.

Same here, no points for Google pay also. Very sad 😢😭

I got neu coins for GPay bill payment. Infact all transactions were bill payments only and still got the points. See the neu coins section below. Bill payment from Gpay was denoted as Grocery transaction for base reward points.

Thank you very much @Wealth is my birth right! Need another help i had got few neu coin for transaction done on May 1st i was able see under accrued section my card app..now am seeing zero 🙁 hope 😞 am not getting to same issue of reversal

No they also added to get credited this month
Hope since May 1st public holiday HDFC Bank did the coin pool on 2nd so the new coins also moved

No it's not matching i had 5 coins in accrued for transaction Done on May 1 now it seems reversed am seeing zero and able to see only statement balance
