I too have some questions for them Reg coins somewhere I am getting 1.5% only instead of 5% but other saying that it will be credited to neupass in app by Tata so waiting

I have even stopped checking points from this shitty card. Whenever I see only 0-30 coins are available. Fully prepared to close it before renewal. Tuchiya HDFC & Tata Neu.

Imperia team or even RM doesn't have basic idea of how this card work..yesterday one of the excursive said there is only one person who is taking care of this card and even have sent email asking for reason on 3rd of april he has not replied.. i literally shouted on him 🙁 never expected this poor service

Yes Bhai.. I got my neu coins on 7th April. It shows in tata neu app in credit card reward section. You have to talk to the tata neu team only. HDFC has not even responded once after I got an automated reply from them. Keep on pressuring Tata neu cc, send them your statement and tell them HDFC says they have credited coins to tata neu..

My stmt generated on 1st apr, I can see the rewards in tataneu app under credit card > coins earned. But they are not reflecting in the main neucoins stmt.
