This is one valuable user feedback, but 7.5L for last 6 months maybe too much. Think they are only trying to generate more business out of you in exchange of Infinia lollypop.Latest update on this - I visited HDFC branch today (one of the biggest in Mumbai). For anyone to upgrade to Infinia, bank needs only 2 criteria to be fulfilled:
No need to have any minimum income or any other. The guy said he can upgrade my DCB immediately if I meet the criteria above.
- Last 6 months spend = 7.5 Lakh
- Current HDFC CC limit = 8 Lakh and above
That is how they keep the card exclusive. This is one valuable user feedback, but 7.5L for last 6 months maybe too much. Think they are only trying to generate more business out of you in exchange of Infinia lollypop.
That is of course the first thing any business wants to do. More business from customers. But also not making it easy for upgrade for everybody. This is one valuable user feedback, but 7.5L for last 6 months maybe too much. If you meet this criteria, why would you settle with DCB. Infinia is any day better.Latest update on this - I visited HDFC branch today (one of the biggest in Mumbai). For anyone to upgrade to Infinia, bank needs only 2 criteria to be fulfilled:

No need to worry if DCB or Infinia is paid or LTF.but still you get paid card, for ltf you need corporate tie ups with banks and you shd be head of that tie from the company, bm will do that after multiple approvals
I agree, dont understand why people want LTF when points = fees is given. No need to worry if DCB or Infinia is paid or LTF.
its almost always free.
Technically u only need to pay the GST charges, you will get the Card fee paid in terms of reward points.
In 2020 these points have good value but after that 70:30 rule and conv fee i dont feel the same it a Mirage for you now, just for sakeI agree, dont understand why people want LTF when points = fees is given.
As per my knowledge, correct me if I am wrong, In case of DCB. we don't get back equivalent reward point on paying fees (So you are paying full fee and getting nothing back). Only in Infinia, we get back equivalent reward points.(Only paying GST)No need to worry if DCB or Infinia is paid or LTF.

This is true since when the fee was increased to 10k.
