In my experience, ICICI Bank has the lamest customer care executives. Have been their customer since few years so I can definitely vouch for their incompetence.

Actually I wrote nothing since I wanted Rubyx Dual LTF, which they denied on call so I told them please at least convert my Sapphiro Dual to Sapphiro Visa to which they asked to wait 2 days, but they came up in 1 day saying my request will get processed.
