Regarding Airtel axis cashback

For airtel bill payment cashback, do I need to apply a coupon on Airtel app while paying or it will auto detect and give cashback on next cycle?

For bigbasket, is there a coupon while using this card or will it auto apply cashback later on?

I had one query, is the cashback on utility as a category on any app or just Airtel thanks app?

For some reason, I am unable to pay my electricity bill on Airtel Thanks app. I just don't get any payment options to pay the bill. Can I do it on say Amazon or Tata Neu and still receive promised 10% cashback?

Just for payments via Airtel Thanks app. If you pay via other means, it will only get 1% cashback.

Despite of paying Electricity last month (successfully), consumer number was not saved. I was asked again to through the selection process till the payment payment page.. I didn't even receive any notification for electricity bill.. where as I received from Gpay and Amazon and Phonpe

Airtel isn't investing enough on their tech probably due to their huge debt. I have faced similar issues in the past (not with CC as I don't have their CC). While the refunds eventually came back, Airtel can't bring back some sleepless nights. Left their app long ago for all payments in favor of Amazon Pay and Google Pay. Living peacefully since then. 🙏

Me neither. From what I read, the standard wait time is 2 weeks.

My ICICI card was approved in about 2 hours after vKYC.

Cashback earned for the purchases during the current billing cycle will be credited in the next billing cycle 3 days prior to the statement generation date.

For example, if the bill generation date is 14th, you will see the cashback around 11th of December.
