I got my BPCL flipped to RUPAY today. Finally, sbi line par aa hi gaya. 😂😂

Finally converted two SBI cards in family from VISA Platinum to Rupay Platinum variant.
SBI BPCL & SBI IRCTC.

After dropping email to Nodal officer directly, received email after few days from bank asking reason for Conversion request & I just mentioned need to use card for UPI transactions. Bank then took 2-3 weeks to process the request & both the cards got converted to Rupay.

Have done 110₹ transaction at BPCL pump but no RP's till date and customer care is clueless

AFAIK 400+ transaction only is eligible for RP. I've got 72 RP for 400.69 INR transaction

Are you sure? I even remember seeing minimum transaction amount is 400, but not sure where I saw that. Can you confirm?
