Axis Credit Card does anyone have the Axis Bank MD desk complaint email?

Email provided by @Walter White seems correct. I think it is managed by the MD desk and handled by resolution team which is the last desk.
Make sure to exhaust remedy as per the complaint resolution matrix, i.e. 1. Premium Experience 2. 1st escalation to nodal officer 3. Principal Nodal officer
If PNO does not do anything then in such case suggest reaching out to MD's Desk. After this fails you can go to RBI Ombudsman.
What's "1. Premium Experience" ?

I don't understand what is wrong with my kismat
Raised MD desk complaint on 02 sept 2024, ab tak no response.
Now I am writing another mail to ask for status update.
Ispar bhi reply ki umid nhi hai

I have reported a technical bug first to customer care , then Nodal Officer , principle nodal officer then MD desk in Axis Bank mobile banking app/web platform back in December 2024. Instead of fixing the issue, the bank ignored it for months. Now, in March 2025, rather than addressing the bug, they have turned the issue around on me—claiming that my account is suspicious and does not meet their online KYC process. Worse, they are threatening to block all debit transactions from my account.

Serious Concerns About Banking Transparency

  • Why was the reported technical issue never resolved?
  • Why is the bank targeting the customer instead of fixing its own flaws?
  • If the senior management is aware and still chooses to ignore the issue, isn’t this a serious lapse in service?
It seems the customer support team does not escalate technical issues to the core IT team or senior leadership. If such problems are deliberately ignored, it could lead to major financial losses for customers who rely on online banking.

🔴 Banks must be accountable! Customers deserve secure and reliable banking services—not threats and intimidation for pointing out flaws.
