BOB Eterna gives 3.75% for online shopping. Rewards used to post as soon as the transaction is posted. Last few weeks I see that my transactions at Amazon has not earned any rewards. Is this an issue only for me or others also not receiving rewards for last week?

as @kshitij_0 mentione, use atleast 3 or 4 merchants every month instead of only one to get blocked (its not permanent blocked, its just you have to wait, send mail etc. long things)

Tested it and it is 5x. For ₹100, I got 15 points (3.75%).

You might have tokenized the card. Never save the card while doing payment. Everytime you need to enter fresh card details.
Now forget about your 40k transaction

I din't get multiple times then I asked them on mail they replied the same. After that I started doing like that and never missed any cashback. I don't know how they work.
