IDFC Future First Savings Account

Thinking of opening a Future First Savings Account with IDFC Bank. The services are more or less similar to a premium account at any bank with no MAB or Debit Card charges (Visa Signature is being offered).

Anyone who is using it currently, how has been the experience?

Today, i visited IDFC branch located in Preet Vihar, New Delhi branch to open IDFC FF account, to which they acknowledged about this account and started the process, I gave all the required documents, an hour back, a guy came to collect a cheque of 25k, now i received a call from from his senior stating that

"Aapka course 2025 mein complete hoga toh aapka account 25k wale account mein convert ho jayega, tab tak FF hi rahega"

Aisa bhi hota hai Kya?

Today, i visited IDFC branch located in Preet Vihar, New Delhi branch to open IDFC FF account, to which they acknowledged about this account and started the process, I gave all the required documents, an hour back, a guy came to collect a cheque of 25k, now i received a call from from hi senior stating that

"Aapka course 2025 mein complete hoga toh aapka account 25k wale account mein convert ho jayega, tab tak FF hi rahega"

Aisa bhi hota hai Kya?

mera wala hi sahi tha kuch na liya... bas ek larki tha continuosly bol raha tha sir health insurance lelo....

Because of me.😂 They weren't aware earlier and only one employee at second desk has lil knowledge about this.

and started the process, I gave all the required documents, an hour back, a guy came to collect a cheque of 25k, now i received a call from from his senior stating that

Most probably he was a Sales Manager/RM or guy at 2nd desk.

"Aapka course 2025 mein complete hoga toh aapka account 25k wale account mein convert ho jayega, tab tak FF hi rahega"

IP lagegaa pehle nahi batya tha kya? Baad me address pe aaya directly collect karne ko? TAB ke through huwa ya Physical Form and physical documents ke saath? I think physical form se, right?

Chalo koi na jab hoga dekha jayega...Ye student ke liye A/c hai, that's why unhone aayesa bola...

Systematic downgrade nahi hota.... don't know if branch intentionally kar de...

Ho sake toh koi dusra branch mein account transfer kar lena.... Matter of fact: Iss branch mein harami log hain...😂
