Payment failure & details not reflecting in SBI Unipay

hello team,

I have paid 49600 rs for my cousin's icici with my hdfc dc on sbi unipay today.initially it showed succesful and later i saw "payment failed and incase of
any debit,it will be credited in 3-4 business days". The amount that showed up in the page was 496 rs and there is no info about the transaction anywhere inspite of
giving my mobile number & email address.

what should i do to ensure the refund of 49600 is tracked & credited.

What response you got from IDFC?
They are informing to wait for 30 days more.
I escalated issue to Nodal desk

mine is HDFC, filed a chargeback waiting time given by HDFC is 45 days

They usually credit within 2-4 days after charge back if you are lucky

After finding some payment update on sbi unipay portal. I tried today just now with 1Rs. payment of hdfc cc with my citi debit and it is successful today. now waiting to credit on hdfc cc to confirm this.

Fyi, last transaction was failed on 21st and refunded on 9th april

yes but in rewards form. Rewards which will be converted to cash credit easily when min. 250 threshold is reached.
It is because transaction is marked as utility and utility is not excluded in the citibank debit rewards list. You will get rewards based on which type of atm you hold with your account. I'm holding base variant with sal. account, so reward rate is 0.66% (i.e 1 Rs on spent of 150 rs)

Paid bill using SBI UNIPAY for Kotak Mahindra credit card using Citibank debit card and was charged Rs 118 by Kotak Mahindra bank as cash deposit fee.

Any one here could share the email address of Kotak Mahindra customer care?

I tried paying my kotak cc bill through unipay and it auto fetches the bill amount. So I can't over ride or pay custom amount? Also will I be able to pay the fetched amount multiple times from same unipay account?
