Nahi kiya bhai aisa kuch bhi..., mere to kaam hi nahi padta aisa kuch branch se.

Ye last sat-sun tha, to Liberty use kar rha tha, to inhone khud system se card block marr diya, transactions otp daalne k baad fail huye tb pata chala, phir email aaya inki monitoring team ka, maine reply bhi kar diya turant.

Phir kal sunday ko customer care ko phone lagakar bola ki agar DC unblock nahi kiya abhi turant to 1000 Rs. Taiyar rakhna transfer karne k liye...tb monitoring team se call aaya or card unblock kiya..

But charges ka kuch smaj nahi aaya, lgta h abhi naktapann gya nahi inka..😅

I have a bill payment coming of about 76k towards my OneCard (Federal Bank). I don't have Liberty account yet but thinking of opening one if I can make this Onecard payment through Liberty account and have it counted towards monthly 25k maintenance charge waiver and 750 quarterly voucher. Basically, I am trying to find a rewarding way to pay OneCard bill. I have some more electronics/electricals purchases planned in coming months and OneCard always has some great discount offers in stores.

I have opened liberty savings account on existing customer id with cashback only credit cards and the same is activated today & I have few issues.
1. E-Debit card details are not reflected on internet banking even though physical card details are shown.
2. Unable to login to edge rewards portal
3. Mobile app still shows credit card UI and the savings account details are not reflected.

Do I have to raise a request or will these resolve by themselves. Do I have to re-install the app ? Any expected timelines ?

I want to change the liberty debit card to rupay platinum debit card, because I am not doing any transaction by debit card on Saturday and Sunday. So will be eligible for getting 750rs gift voucher quarterly
