I don't know. No need to worry about it, because, Axis is open from heart but closed from mind. So, axis can't track MCC of any upi payments. So all P2M UPI transaction works. Enjoy until the day axis opens up their mind and understand that UPI also has mcc.

Yes it's for every quarter. I received in last quarter for kotak 811 loading using liberty debit card but this time kotak stopped to accept debit card so I used upi it was showing P2M only. I don't know whether I'll get it or not
