HDFC BILLPAY'S Golden days are now gone.

Tried paying sbi bill with platinum dc. It was showing RENTALBBPSNO. I haven't recieved any cashpoints for this yet. Paid on August 1st.

Paid one on 22nd July. It was BBPSBILLPAY. I have recieved cashpoints for it in 2 days.

So no cashpoints for RENTALBBPSNO🤕

Why can't the expected RPs for individual transactions be calculated and the total compared with the consolidated points that HDFC show?
