Axis has started sending sms confirmation for the due credit of Edge Reward Points & Edge Miles.

As per them, due to technical glitch, the credit of the reward points has been paused, and the due points will be credited by 15th of August.

Now you can transfer in single units with minimum of 300p. Like 301, 302 and so on.

And points are not taken off from ER.

Once you transfer everything out then it switches to ER bucket.

Not sure if tested this yourself or not. Cuz while that ER part is editable, it doesn't really work. You can type 302 and as soon as you confirm it will turn back to 300.

Only thing that works is when u enter it more than ur balance, it adjusts to max value automatically. And this is working since several months. This will still not help in making it zero in all cases, as the deduction calculation is different.

Most likely he found it inadvertently now and thought it's new thing and now confusing everyone 🤦‍♂️.

Yes, this bank is due to me ₹550 for a grab deal transaction in April. I escalated this to PNO twice but the issue is still open.

This seems fixed now. I'm able to see the ERs and transaction history.

separate .. have a difference of 4000.. debit card , other transactions(gyftrs bonus points etc) are coming in ER bucket.. Magnus burgundy spends are coming in MR directly as of now.
