IDFC First Bank Launched its Debit Card Reward System

After manual complaint, I got my idfc first wealth debit cards point credited today for 6th september transaction but they credited wrong points. as per their rule, beyond 50k spent in a month, any spend will earn 10 points per 100rs spent on first wealth debit card.

For 50k transaction I correctly got 1333 points.

For next transaction of 97485 I got just 6120 points instead of 9748 points. I have blasted at them again. Let's see what happens.

Is there any way to close account without breaking the FD?

I would have closed the account if not for a fd which is maturing in 2026. Will all the accounts that I hold be transferred automatically when I request for branch change? I think I should talk to new branch manager and get confirmation about account upgrade before taking the transfer. Should I request via customer care? Pls tell me if you know.

Its like different guys are assigned responsibility for different days. And some of those guys are not doing their job.

Don't understand. but whenever I raise a complaint for the RPs, by EOD They credit it to everyone not just me.
This is the second instance I have observed.
