IDFC Bank Credit Card Application Processing Delayed

I have applied and IDFC Bank Credit Card via their agents in a mall on 4th January 2025 and when it's processed they said I'll get the card for sure post verification and it showed that by 13 th I'll get the card. But that date was always keeps on changing and currently it's 31st Jan now.
The application was still under verification. Don't know how to check with them and speed up the process? Please help with that.

Will they reject my application now? If yes, what will be the possible reason?

Not picking up the call for verification. Also, your cibil is under 750 which is a red flag for most banks.

Also, I don't want to do anything now which will reduce the chances of getting the card.
I haven't selected any but the agent who applied for me said I'll get " select " card but in the application tracking page it's showing as millennia.

Which card did you use for C2C, card age and limit?
They will give you Millenia.

I think they will show the card because the application was verified even without the house verification and I was not able to attend the call.
Yes yes my CIBIL score was a bit slow now but I have many other cards which there isn't single late payment and I am using the well and repaying on time so they might consider I am a worthy person.
Actually I haven't applied it as a card to card like I didn't shared any details about my existing card to the agent who applied my card but when I reach Road to the email team and they said my application was applied based on card to card then they asked me to share the latest statement of that card which I have done the same that card was BPCL octane credit card and its limit was 81 k.

I think it's waste of time now, I have already escalated when they're not willing to reach out to me via email to pno but still they rejected the application stating that they're unable to verify the address so rejecting it.

It's normal for them to reject the applications stating one or another reason and their verification team is the worst of all banks.
They didn't even called me again as I was already on a call when they tried to reach and when I called back they didn't even attend it once even though I tried multiple times

if that's the case then good riddance anyway these cards are almost good for nothing now

Yes, they attempted to contact you, but you were unable to answer the call for some reason. As a result, the process followed its natural course, leading to the rejection of the card. You may now send them an email requesting a re-verification, or you can choose to move on, as there are no significant benefits left with the card, as mentioned by @drvenkat.
