I requested a callback today, executive said even though condition of not giving cashback on utility (which was sbi unipay category ) was added on February, still the january transactions will not get cashback as system cashback calculation happened in February after exclusions kicked off which is stupid and fraud logic.
So i sent mail to

Everyone please do the same. It will generate hundreds of service request.
Then you can directly call nodal officer and pno office via below numbers

Tell them the service request number received in email and ask them to give cashback or you will complaint to RBI.
If few hundred of our members will do this activity then definitely something good will happen.
Please do share here after you have done.
At what time we can call them?
 
Got callback from grievance team today. As I argued that in January it was eligible and I should get cashback. They are simply pointing to point 18 in t&c that bank can modify, amend at any time without prior notice.

They can change anytime but they can't apply a condition that didn't exist on the day of transaction, if we let them get away with this, in future they'll start deducting money from previous cashback by adding new tnc
 
Why are you using setu now ?
I am late on thread,

and i blame all issue to my frnd
he made his first payment on SBI unipay on second payment unipay removed other DC option
few days ago he did payment of canara setu, now when yesterday he and I tried, canara setu throwing errors.

But first please some one let me know what other platform for use of DC to pay CC bills

You are very late, it's done for CC bills. Use it for genuine purchase only.

Same I now I checked I also not received any cashback for credit card bill payment via unipay before t and C update date.

I will mail them let's see what happens
