Airtel Axis CC: Limited time welcome benefit - Amazon GV Rs.500 - anyone?

I believe Airtel has been running this FYF and an extra Amazon voucher offer for sometime. As per the original terms and conditions, the Amazon voucher is valid for cards with a joining fee. However, as per the screenshot, Amazon voucher is an extra offer in addition to FYF. Also, the Amazon voucher will be sent in 30 days. So, we don't know exactly when Airtel sends the voucher.

My question is... Has anyone really got the Amazon voucher?

Edit: As of Dec 16, Amazon GV offer is discontinued and replaced with FYF.

i received mine on 1st november and did a transaction a day later so let c when would i get the voucher. i did use airtel number if that help cause as per earlier post this offer is running by axis and mastercard and @James do post once you get the voucher.

Interesting. I used Jio number and haven't changed it until now. However, I have a plan to go back to my primary number (Airtel) or port the current number to Airtel in the future.

My first transaction was around Oct 25. No sign of voucher. I actually lost interest in it.

T&Cs say "by 30 days".. So, by Nov 24th...

Those who did their 1st transaction around Oct 1st week should get their by this time...Can someone share either you rcvd or not

Yes. I had applied and received the card in October with the same offer of FYF and Amazon GV.

I too agree that the below offer may be a miscommunication from Airtel side. Axis has washed its hands off this matter entirely.

Moreover, I am unable to link the CC to Airtel app. Any help on this would be appreciated.

9. All communication with regard claiming amazon code should be addressed to Airtel Helpdesk : • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on working days • Email id: nitin.grover@airtel.com

they have given airtel email ID. So did you get the voucher?

I have been informed by the Airtel person that Amazon GV is issued only post completion of 30 days from the first transaction date. He also remarked that FYF offer and Amazon GV may not be clubbed together, but he was not sure about this.

Anyway, I will wait for another week for the same.

As an update, I also received the Amazon GV today, albeit after following up with the Airtel team again.

It was sent by Axis bank through sms mode. Also received a confirmation call from Airtel after this.
