I have taken Neo card last month.. Its been one month.. if I click on Apply now, it is not showing pre approved cards. showing only neo card application. which is already delivered 1 month ago.. it was my 2nd card.
Do I need to wait 90 days to see pre approved offers again ?

Yes. You need to wait for a few days more. It happened to me too. After Airtel n Ace, the App showed only Ace application (Ace already delivered, activated n in use). After 3 months, now, I am getting pre-approved offers for 10-15 cards in the App.

my worry is that if citi cards also starts showing there then I would have total 3.. so they may not show pre approved.

U can take ur next card after ur Neo cc's 3rd statement gets generated

Nope!!
Only after arrival of physical card, it's possible as online transaction is by default disabled on newly issued card as per RBI guidelines

So It's useless till physical card delivery. 😒
