I mean technically the card would give cashback on Flipkart grocery too. But it is upto Flipkart to present the right MCC for grocery purchase payments and for some reason FK almost never gives the right MCC, which is why the card doesn't provide cashback on FK grocery.
few are having both cards.. no such restriction from HSBC.

How come you got reward points on Live+ ?
Also cashback gets credited after 30-45 days of statement generation
You must be having HSBC Visa Platinum there is no such reward point in HSBC Live+
Can you please share where did you get the reward points written because I am unable to find it in my statement

I can't see this. Neither in mobile Banking nor in online banking.
Yes just checked I am having 2 Reward Points 😂.
I am not sure how I got it and it was so hard to find that if you wouldn't have told me I would have never got to know about them. In android app you have to first scroll down the txns to see the hidden info and then scroll further to see the reward points. Idk is this a new thing introduced.
Also I got 952 previous month as REWARDS CREDIT I don't know how its calculate. Does anyone know how does it work as when asked the customer care they also don't know about it.
