It's been a running gag. Different customer care executives say different things. But people on the forum have confirmed that it's billing cycle

Same thing been told . It’s not cashback . It’s entirely something else which even CC doesn’t have a single clue about .

I was expecting 3400 cashback for 1st month spends . After 60 days , till now received just around 1k rewards credit !!

Got 0 spends in 1.5% category. Having 7 reward points

I meat include all eligible spends and calculate 1.5% of it.

ex.. last statement

food/grocery.. 1000
shopping.. 2000
dining.. 1000
returns.. -1000
other purchases.. 1000

here, I'm not talking about whether category included 10% or 1.5% or 0%.

for assumption purpose and to see whats this reward credit etc.
(assumption purpose do not include the cashback that you have you recieved already as part of 10% or 1.5%).

now, 1.5% of 1000 + 2000 + 1000 - 1000 + 1000 = 4000 = 60

so, now would like to know is this 60rs (or 1.5% of last statement valid transactions) matched or closely with 'REWARDS CREDIT'?

for me:

I received cashback as per category (it includes both 10% and 1.5%) + 1.5% of extra cashback.

so, checking for that purpose..

or I'm thinking that they're crediting 1.5% now, and remaining if any eligible transactions receives 8.5% later.

Nope. Spent around 28k. Got 7 points in account now.. 610 was credited. Nothing is matching
