Cent Queen Savings Account - LTF Rupay Select Debit Card

So yesterday I seriously wrote a complaint email to the regional manager and zonal officer.
Morning at 10am ,Regional manager called and asked the query, he agreed with me and assured to resolve quickly.

After 10mins, BM called me and said I read ur whole complaint, we are sorry for the knowledge of our employees. You should have come to me before escalating further, i didn't know about all this issue.
We are at fault,you attached all supporting docs, we will apply additional debit card and internet banking.

Afternoon he again called me and said we have applied 2nd dc and internet banking, but pls visit branch and give complaint withdraw letter and atm application form.

I told him I cant come. He asked to send scanned copies to his mail. I did.

Hope they learn from their mistakes and don't take customers for granted.

Hi Everyone,

I opened a Cent Queen Joint account with my Wife. Fortunately, I found a new joinee in the Branch and got on my best behavior. He was cordial and helpful and filled out all the forms.

The account got opened in two days. Got an SMS that the debit card is generated and it will be shipped in a few days.

However, the branch employee didn't understand the concept of Add-On card, however, he did try to apply it (somehow) and got the error that about insufficient balance in the account. At this point, I asked him to not apply until I visit the branch physically on Monday (I have to take the passbook and give the mandate for net banking).

Guys, what's the process of getting the add-on card? The guy is helpful, as long as he knows what to do. @kuchbhi Any idea on how to get this Add-On card?

Applying offline only by the help of staff
Further more you can show them proof if they want.

Now as far as I have understood it, Both I and my wife have a Customer ID and both these CIF are attatched to cent queen account. Her customer ID has a debit card generated and the branch guy tried to generate one on my CIF. is this how it's supposed to work?

He will have to talk to his senior to know
Additional debit card is also cent queen one he might be applying for the regular one which is 900+gst afaik
Ask him to check by applying on wife's cif once one if 2 are getting issued of cent queen variant else talk to BM and higher ups

Cool I am going to Branch on Monday, I don't want to involve anyone higher up because this guy is new and he hasn't been ruined by his peers yet. I will ask her to apply for cent queen debit card either on her CIF once again or on my CIF. I will try to contact customer care just so they can help him out. Let's see how it goes.

Nah just ask him to ask any senior for how to do it.

Excellent that makes sense. Should I ask him to apply for Cent Queen Debit card or is their any product code or something? I mean he was following the correct process per your comment. Did he select a different card?

How much amount you had in account when you applied for the second card? I think he got the error because no initial funding was done yet. Because i don't see any reason why he wouldn't select the cent queen debit card. Let's hope this gets resolved on Monday.
