Cent Queen Savings Account - LTF Rupay Select Debit Card

This is the reason I hate PSUs. They r more than worst.
So I went to city for some work. Its been a week(last friday),since i gave account opening form,so went to CBI Branch to collect passbook. I thought it would be 10mins work.

Asked the guy who was serious last time with me,he said to ask cash counter lady. I asked her,give me passbook. She casually pulled my application form and said u didn't fill nominee name, take it and fill.
I was literally shocked, u could have called me and i would have said name na, why did u wasted my 1 week time. She didn't answer. Atleast they didn't even call me to inform this,they saying this when I visited them. Even that day 3 officers verified my application, nobody said anything. How shameful.

So i wrote just nominee and gave him,she signed and asked me to hand over the form to same guy. He signed and gave it for scanning. After scanning ,again asked me to give it to that cash counter lady.she checked and said I'm getting invalid acc no error. They took another 15mins. Again asked me to give form to him. I don't know whether I'm a customer or peon for them.

Literally after 50mins of zig zag,he said its not allowing to open joint account. We have to open for ur mother and add u as joint account holder. I said whatever, but pls do my work faster.

Again he called me and said we can't give 2nd debit card for this joint account. U will get 1 card only and u both has to use that one. I insisted many people got it,why these rules for me. He gave one form and asked to sign me and mother and get it back to branch and he would try for another card.

I got doubt on them and asked seriously I would get 2nd debit card or not. He said no.
Can i use upi on 2nd number or not. He said no u cant.only primary holder can.

then i seriously told him u didn't opened joint account, it should have access to both people. U r manipulating me. I'm going to file a complaint on ur branch and returned home. He didn't said anything .

they literally wasted my 1hour time. Travelled 8kms to that branch, neither valued my efforts.
Everybody in the branch are blaming bank employees for slow work. Hardly 5 6 customers only there in bank. How lazy they are.

# 2 Debit Card
Conditions
1. (Issued after 50k funding - not forced )
2. Postal / Home Verification is must.

Internet Banking is a struggle 😔 Still not sure
U got 2 dc?
Joint account holder name mentioned on 2nd dc?
Can u able to use upi on 2nd number?

Literally i felt same yar while returning home😭.
I was thinking like If Anupama jii wouldn't posted this thread, I wouldn't have gone to branch with mom and took this embarrassment and headache.

Can u share account brochure in WhatsApp pls, here Technofino logo is getting attached. I have serious work to do with CBI.

Before I escalate my issue further, can anybody confirm these
1. Joint account holder name shows on 2nd dc?
2. Joint acc holder can use upi ?
3. Both acc holder names shows in cent mobile app?

So yesterday I seriously wrote a complaint email to the regional manager and zonal officer.
Morning at 10am ,Regional manager called and asked the query, he agreed with me and assured to resolve quickly.

After 10mins, BM called me and said I read ur whole complaint, we are sorry for the knowledge of our employees. You should have come to me before escalating further, i didn't know about all this issue.
We are at fault,you attached all supporting docs, we will apply additional debit card and internet banking.

Afternoon he again called me and said we have applied 2nd dc and internet banking, but pls visit branch and give complaint withdraw letter and atm application form.

I told him I cant come. He asked to send scanned copies to his mail. I did.

Hope they learn from their mistakes and don't take customers for granted.
