How you get infinia ?

I had dcb before that with limit of 6.5L. I had multiple email exchanges with hdfc regarding upgrade and me missing meeting spends criteria by some margin due to acceptance issue of dcb.
After some long mail chain, they declined citing internal reasons.
Sometime later I asked them to increased my limit as I was planning to travel outside India. I also argued that new folks are being given infinia on relaxed criteria of just ITR.
They increased my limit to 8L based upon ITR and then offered FYF Infinia.

All three I can't get, HSBC and SC are rejecting my applications. Airtel Axis I got the invite initially applied but as it was 4th card rejected now unable to take it forward as old application no sticks out in airtel thanks tried multiple times with airtel to get it reset no avail. Any other suggestions?

HSBC you’ll only get if you’ve less enquiries in last 3 months. Even I got in 4th attempt. HSBC Cashback is really good card right now. 1000 rs every month just by spending on food and groceries.

Not sure about wallet load, I think after recent devaluation they stopped giving Cashback on these categories. I only use it on apps like Swiggy Zomato Zepto Eatclub etc. And offline dining.

This is not correct, I got HSBC CB Card while having around 8+ enquiries (couple of duplicates too) in the past month.

Each bank have their own set of criteria and they're usually a lot more complicated than a binary yes or no based on one single criteria is what I'm trying to convey.

So if someone is backing away from applying only because of one such criteria, they shouldn't.
