New card. After approval i called them regarding limit increase as i got very low limit and ask them if i can get it LTF

Yes i just upload my income documents and the increase my limit from 28k to 80k without any enquiry

Same thing happened with axis i chat to customer support he asked for income documents and i upload my documents on chat and after 2 days my limit was increased from 15k to 129k

there was an offer to have a CC with custom photo on it. i thought its an add on. but i got a cc with a diff number

I gave a request for closure of my shoprite card , as a retention they offered FYF world safari with 5000 RP, I escalated couple of times finally offered LTF with 5000 travel points, they also gave an LE of 3x

If you don't mind answering: How were you able to get them offer you a FYF/LTF Safari ? was it based on your existing high spends on that card ? or was it based on your high nrv with them ?

May be based on spend , also it was offered as a retention benefit , as I raised a closure request for my shoprite card
