I have the HDFC DC Platinum page, but they never mentioned the 1:1 ratio, it was already obvious. Still, if you wish, you can ask them to check your previous redemptions. It has always been 1:1 since it used to give 1% cashback.

Also, cross question them on where does it say that these points will be converted to this amount like you are currently shown (in your NetBanking)

You can also share this calculator with them, it shows that the card provides 1% cashback as well.

Just last month I started autopay with dc. Got 1% but not the 5% promotional cashback people are getting.

I did direct payments last year with dc when hdfc was offering cb (this was eventually stopped).

No bill is round of but actual balance is less. For instance your balance is 7842.89 then bill amount is 7843 so auto debit not working

My SBI Cashback Autopay is always getting failed with this error..
"Your payment was unsuccessful. Payment Amount is different from current outstanding Amount".

Yes, it works randomly and then not. Depends on whether the cashback is credited before BBPS calculation or after.

Then you have not read the emails that hdfc send us. Bill will be paid next day.
The email contains this line

Note: The bill will be paid on next working date from scheduled date.

Tomorrow at early morning be ready with your mobile from 6 AM to 6.30 AM. Bill will be paid automatically during this time. Sometimes transactions get successful and in some cases you might receive a WhatsApp message from HDFC bank to confirm the transaction also.

Spot on, exactly at 6.06 am amount for deducted.. Can you also suggest when will it reflect on sbi side? I still don't see bill paid on sbi card app or no official confirmation from sbi that they received the money
