1% Cashback returns on HDFC Platinum Debit Card

Correct, now try login again and check if that box is available to type and redeem 2800 points.

Generally, points gets expired after 12 months. So anything over 4800+ will get expired.
So I think I might have found a bug specific to users having more than 1 debit card linked to their customer ID. I have 2 debit cards & it seems after logging in, the first card I select for points redemption will face no issue but once I go back & select 2nd card the issue happens & it will remain so for the entire session.

I have been constantly paying more than 75k bill for the past 3 months and getting the CB but along with that I'm also getting 150 additional CB in the name of promotional cashback.

What's up with that and how do they calculate promotional CB, please let me know so that I can maximize that as well for coming months.

For 1 year you will get 150 promotional cashback per month for using Smartpay for billpayment.

Yes, that's a bug for a long time. They just can't fix it. Sadly, you have to manage it from your 1st DC.

It was not there in oldest/original netbanking portal though. I was moved directly from that portal to this latest portal skipping the one in-between which also seemed to have the option to create a custom user ID instead of this latest version netbanking which has no such option I could find & have to use customer ID only for login.

I have been paying bills since July but only got this 150 promo cb once this month & I check points every month so don't think I could have missed earlier points as these have 3 months expiry so points got in Aug should have last till Nov end. Are the points I got this month for July end bill payment?

The points once you see credited should be for the previous month spend only. Have you paying more than 2 bills per month since June? This more than 2 bills is just my guess for eligibility for getting 150 cashback. If yes then I don't know how you missed them in previous months. Is this the first time you facing issue after migrated to new hdfc netbanking?
Do you hold more than 1 debit card?
(Irrelevant to ask but was there any failed transaction where you already got reward points?)
Does reception via app also show same amount?
I think was it you? or someone else reported similar issue few days back.
yeah 1st time previous in new ui it used to show 1:1
1 Dc only
No failed txn
App not installed
Not me maybe someone else

How you got more than 1 debit card?
 
The points once you see credited should be for the previous month spend only. Have you paying more than 2 bills per month since June? This more than 2 bills is just my guess for eligibility for getting 150 cashback. If yes then I don't know how you missed them in previous months. Two bills condition is for voucher only, no such condition for 5% cb up to 150.

  • Cashback will be calculated on overall SI spends for each month. Maximum cash back of Rs.150/- per statement cycle.
  • Customer will be eligible for the e-voucher only if 2 or more utility bills are set on SmartPay/ Autopay on CC during the offer month

How to get the vouches? I receive the monthly cashback but that’s it
 
Should i first redeem and then email pno or just show the above sc and email them
Redeem first, and record screen. You can use windows screen recorder or any third party software.

This will be a solid proof.

Btw, have you tried redeeming from phone? Check from there. Just a note, you can't record in phone. New HDFC app blacks out the screen.
