2 HDFC debit cards in a single account

I upgraded my Millenia debit card to Easyshop Platinum. I received it today and activated it and then did a 1rs transaction on Paytm.

I was thinking Millenia will stop working but I can also do transaction with Millennia.

I can see 2 debit cards in Netbanking also. does this mean both will keep working?

How long does HDFC take to upgrade your debit card, and when can you expect to receive your first message or email regarding your debit card, such as confirming message, tracking ID etc? I haven't received any updates so far, even though I requested it yesterday.

I waited for 7 days but didn't work, so I closed it from net banking

You'll definitely not get any response but it'll be processed automatically. In few days, you'll be able to see a new card linked to your account and you'll receive tracking information

Cashback will get credited as it is. Don't worry about that.

It'll get redeemed if you've minimum redemption amount i.e. multiples of 400. Otherwise it'll get lapsed.

Millenia Cashback will be shown seperately in Cashback section after card upgrade. Can redeem from there.

If you applied for it 1st May, it will be shipped by 8th may and you will receive by 10-11 may via Bluedart

Hi Guys, new to this forum. recently applied for upgrade from easyshop to Milennia Debit card online. By mistake i applied twice from HDFC app and now i have got both debit cards and showing active in HDFC app. I am a preferred (salary) account user, will they charge 1000+GST or is it free for preferred account. can i keep using both cards and get max 400+400 cashback ? or should i get 2nd card disabled as it will be auto disabled in sometime.

One card will be disabled soon, but if it isn't, continue enjoying the benefits.

For the preferred account, the debit card is lifetime free with no issuance or annual charges.
