2nd Airtel axis credit Card

I do have Airtel axis mastercard, axis ace both are paid & axis neo(ltf).

Now my question is can I get another Airtel axis credit card with rupay variant by cancelling or upgrading my Axis Ace card?

If yes, how to get it?

Also if that's possible then my first Airtel axis mastercard will still be live and usable?

Yes with axis it works since they treat every card as separate by visa/mc/rupay not by card category
If we see pre approval cards on top we will have button to choose which variant so they treat same card different network as separate card
But u can get another for spouse since in crediting cash back I am not sure how it works with axis if same Airtel on different network

I'm not married yet and I had already tried on my mother's name because of her excellent cibil score but still got rejected don't know why?

Calling customer care and checking with them might help?

Close 1 of the card n wait for pre approved offer in app. I have 2 Airtel cards by same way.

Have you able to get 2nd Airtel card. I'm using Airtel Mastecard varient from last 2 years. Every month I'm Paying 1 airtel fiber and 4 airtel prepaid sim card. Because of this I need another airtel card.

Not yet! I already had 3 cards and wants to close my neo card but haven't closed yet as I have an emi and will clear that in next month and will close it.

While closing it I'll ask them to provide an airtel card in rupay variant as bargain. If they won't then will close it and try again later or will wait for the app to show the pre approved offer or will again online or from agent for rupay variant as it'll be then issued as a separate new card.
