Bamboo karye uss branch ko then, cordinate karne ke liye samne wale aadmi ka dimag theek rehna chahiye na 🤣

Koi dusra bhi branch hai available then unse connect karke agent bhej wane ko bhi bol sakte hain

Yes, both have same number. You will see 2 virtual DCs in your kotak811 app, make sure whenever you use virtual DC, copy the details of the super 811 DC not your regular 811.

Man, tell me one thing, how will Kotak know that I've used a virtual DC, when both cards have the same name, number, expiry date, and CVV?

I have 2 year old 811 account. 811 app showing I am not eligible for super upgrade. Customer care also saying not eligible. Anybody in a similar situation figured out a way to upgrade to this account?

Hello All.
Got Upgrade From Kotak 811 Full KYC to 811 Super Savings account.
So after this upgrade got new Visa Debit card which is eligble for 5% cashback upto 500/month exculding some categories .
Received Virtual Card so Did first Payment on SBI Unipay for Credit Card payment.
Lets check it will give cashback or not.

So please Update Sites or other methods Where from we can get 5% cashback

I just registered my interest to open 811 Super account online. Got an SMS that a bank officer will contact within 3 days. How many days does it usually take to open the account? And does a bank official visit the address or do we have to go to any nearby Kotak branch?

So I just opened a new 811 super account with initial funding of Rs 5000 and the account is activated as well. I can see Super Plan Active in the app. My doubt is do I have to order a debit card from the app or will they send automatically?
