2) I want to open a new 811 super account. How to open it? Online or via branch?

Yes I opened today only. Actually in branch there are seperate 811 agents. Normal Branch people refused and tried to tilt towards normal account. Only bluntly refusing was given number of 811 agent.

Can you please share the number of 811 agent? I tried here in my local branch and they called a guy who tried but got error (This was 2-3 months ago maybe their policy is changed).. but if you can share the number that would be great.

Virtual Debit Card is not showing. As per CC virtual card option is not availble for Super customers. Only those upgrading will be able to see virtual card.

Incorrect. I opened Super account (NTB) last month yet I got the normal virtual DC.

Just had a conversation with 811 support and he said we are only supposed to get the super card as physical card only and those who have virtual card available is because of some glitch

Wait for some days the platinum white card will automatically appear in the virtual Card section of the app
