You don't need to buy Accor plus membership at all , so don't get into all these complications
The Accor points you have are good enough to book any hotel in the whole world at reasonable prices.

Also the Accor plus membership benefits are only for Asia, Australia and the Pacific
They don't include any benefits for the whole of North & South America, Europe, Africa, middle East, etc

Are there any chance that I dine with 2 more people i.e. total 3 persons and we order 2 qty of each item, we will get 50% off or they count members dined in to calculate discount ?

Will the points value for food bill be according to 0.9 ? Or it will be billed in total invoice and I will be able to redeem points at value of 1.8 ?

You will have to inform the restaurant to charge it to your room and pay only at the time of check out.
then you will get the 1.86 value
