Account freeze with jupiter ..need help..

One of my friend got his jupiter account freeze few days back and today he got a mail from NPCI of clarification of the transaction.. he did transaction in a gaming app.. to different person ... What should be his next step?

Jupiter people are thief. Even if you do send them all doc, they will not lift th ban. My account ban last month. Stay away from thiefs. If it's credit Frozen then just withdraw all money.
