I have given limit of 29000 on amazon credit card by ICICI bank, can i use 29000 for one purchase and by payment of 29000 credit card bill, once again for other purchase multiple times during the month? will bank impose any fees for additional limit uses ?

Yes, you can. They'll not impose charges if you pay and use again. But your spends should not reach more than 29000 at any time till you clear outstanding amount

But before bill generation, pay your bill to keep your credit utilization below 30%. Because if they report more than 30% of your limit to cibil, it'll affect your credit score
