Air India Maharaja Club transition hiccups.

Same issue.
I linked both my accounts but nothing got transferred to Maharaja Club.

I had 2055 points remaining, one premium economy voucher, and silver tier status.
I have raised a ticket.
Will update what happens.
Is anyone else having the same issue?
I filed the complaint last night itself at 0205.

But no response yet.
 
I didn’t initiated Air India and club Vistara linking process, later on club Vistara confirm that they will create new account on Air India behalf of me.
Till now, I did not get the membership ID and password, does someone get with the same situation?
Just login with the same phone number and you'll be able to access your account. I did not get an intimation email either.

Their website was not fully functional this morning, try checking again, you should see it now.
 
Points will be awarded based on booking done through Air India Express web/app only?
Neupass points are given based on mobile no. Different points are given based on nature of booking - 3rd party booking, direct booking from AIX site, booking via tataneu and booking via tataneu with hdfc-neu card. When booking via tataneu, the no of points are shown at the time of booking.

CV acct got merged with existing AI-FR acct. Mobile no and email ID was same for both. Maharaja club shows old AI-FR membership no.

Does anyone have points missing in the family pool?

Vistara have been transferred to my Air India account, however the head of family cannot see the points accrued in the family pool.

Although I wanted to use my one class upgrade voucher as it’s expiring next month. But they’re saying it can only be requested at the airport counter on the day of departure. Which is a bummer, there’s very less chance of seat availability at that point of time. Vistara used to upgrade my flight on call itself.
 
I am all fine - got Stat Alliance gold with my Vistara frequent flights!
Had transferred about 2L points from SBI AI Signature to get the bonus - hope they don't forget it!

This is a very big con. Not only seat may not be available, but also you may not get the desired seat/window seat.
