I've redeemed a Premium Eco Ticket Voucher for my friend from website. I have 2 Class Upgrade vouchers as well; can my friend use the same to get upgraded if seats available on the flight? I'm not accompanying him in this, he's only travelling alone.

Has anyone redeemed class upgrade vouchers for friends (when you're not with them)?

Class upgrade vouchers can only be redeemed at Airport check-in counters based on seat availability. Let's see, will update here.

Anyone claimed points in Maharaja club for past flights? They ask tonnes of unnecessary information and it doesn't even credit points immediately.

Also, it asks for ticket number which I thought was e-ticket number on my boarding pass, is that not?

I tried doing this for a vistara flight and the portal doesn't recognize the ticket number at all. After multiple followups with customer care they credited the points.

Did you also try to enter your membership id during web check in where it asks for maharaja club ffn? I entered mine then it said its invalid, then I asked it to create an account for me and I got a mail saying account already exists! 🤦🏻‍♂️

OTP does not require to redeem vouchers, if you had to logged in for that

when I try to login using mobile number it says account not found. only email+otp works for me. so while booking it asks for mobile opt to redeem voucher, which I am not getting.

forget friend, in current situation even the account holder faces issues in redeeming class upgrade voucher. Never redeem that voucher from the app/website, I repeat never redeem your class upgrade vouchers from air india/vistara for the time being. There is a bug in their system and your voucher will go unused. Only way now to redeem is directly form the on-ground boarding pass counter at airport, only they can redeem these vouchers, so option to transfer the voucher to a friend automatically vanishes

just now called AI customer care and they said my account is suspended for suspicious activity, and, I need to submit my self attested ID proof through the website.

How is this even possible? there was no activity apart from the transition of points from vistara to AI, so no ques to suspicious activity.

I had a club vistara account for my son mapped as minor account mapped to mine. Now how to find out it is migrated and link the same as family account in Air India?
